Harrow Estates is developing a vision for the site edged red below. Following the success of the Woodford Garden Village development, the proposal seeks to extend the Village with a new character and design approach. The proposals offer a mix of new housing, including affordable and older people’s accommodation, a community hub and open space.

We are seeking feedback and comments on the detailed scheme, ahead of submitting a planning application later this year.
