PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Harrow Estates is developing a vision for the site edged red below. Following the success of the Woodford Garden Village development, the proposal seeks to extend the Village with a new character and design approach. The proposals include a mix of new housing comprising of affordable and elderly accommodation, heritage uses, a community hub and open space.
We are seeking initial feedback and comments on the emerging proposals to inform further design work. We will consult with the community on the detailed scheme ahead of the planning submission later this year.
